Ingredients
4 chicken breasts boneless and skinless
1 cup salsa
1 package reduced sodium taco seasoning
1 can reduced fat cream mushroom soup (condensed)
1 / 2 cup fat-free sour cream
Arrival
Add chicken to slow cooker.
Sprinkle taco seasoning over chicken.
Sauce over chicken and soup.
Simmer for 6 to 8 hours.
Remove from heat and add sour cream.
Serve with rice.
NOTES:
You can half the package taco seasoning (I started to do to reduce the sodium content itself)
Some slow cookers cook faster than others. Mine is a true Slow Cooker (it took more than 10 years.) Newest cook a little faster and you may need to adjust the cooking time on this basis!
